Sometimes luxury is a crazy comfortable graphic tee, a pair of thrifted Levi’s, your most comfortable pair of heels, and your tried and true moto jacket. I mean seriously, when you need to look like you “tried” to pull yourself together but you really just feel like “jeans and a t-shirt” a look like this will work every time.
My friends over at Richly Clad have some of the best graphic t-shirts around. All of my favorites come from there and they’re so soft you could sleep in them. This one is no different. My “Pure Luxury” athletic gray t-shirt is everything I need and more. It dresses up a bit, dressing way down, and has all of the comfort you could ever want. As for my jeans, I thrifted a pair of vintage mom Levi’s a while ago and they’re so awesome, I could sleep in those too! Curse the people who starting the low rise denim trends. I like my jeans high with deep pockets. Lol
The sweetest thing about this look is the necklace. My dad got it for me for Christmas this year and said, I know you don’t need anything but this is what I thought a classy lady would wear. I was so impressed and happy to know that he wants to be apart of my fashion adventures. As for the hat and heels, they are totally optional. This looks works well even wit out them but I’m kind of in love with this hat!
Leave me a comment about your “jeans and t-shirt” look. Enjoy!
This OOTD includes two of my all-time must haves: Black and white horizontal stripes and COMFORT! Black and white will forever and always be classic and chic. Comfort for me is nonnegotiable. There is nothing worse than putting on a garment then having to pull and tug at it. The entire time you are in something less than comfy, you’re wondering if it still looks right and probably can’t wait to take it off. It’s best to just avoid uncomfortable garments to begin with.
I adore this olive thermal midi length skirt because it makes wearing a skirt when it’s 30-40 degrees outside more cozy. Pair it with a brown/black over the knee boot and you’ll be warm all day. Top it off with another classic piece (moto jacket) and you’re ready to run out of the house. I’m all about quick, easy, and fuss free clothing and this was super easy to put together. Enjoy!
We’re so close to the new year I can taste it! Most of us have been thinking about what we would wear for NYE for at least a few weeks, if not for the entire month of December. (Ha ha)
Here is a New Year Eve Leather and Lace OOTD for my ladies who value comfort and interesting style. This feminine wine colored lace dress is beautiful and delicate however, still comfy. Add in your leather motorcycle jacket, stylish leather gloves, and leather combat boots to toughen up and compliment your dress.
Wearing comfortable shoes on NYE will mean you can truly spend your time celebrating and enjoying good company rather than thinking about finding a place to sit in an effort to rest your weary feet.
